Enchanting venue with an amazing location in a beautiful area. Reasonably priced food. - Reasonably spacious and fashionable rooms with a double bed available. - A lot of food options at breakfast, including fruit and cheese.

Truly enjoyed high quality breakfasts, and clean hotel.

the place was wonderful small, with its lovely friendly staff that were supposed to give you food on request. the hotel was located in a magnificent place, close to a ferry port.

Everything was perfect, clean hotel, perfect and excellent location in the Lake Como area. Location: the property was close to ferry or bus, the waterfront, where the ferries up-and-down the lake arrive and depart, and France & Italy. Found Harry's Bar with perfect drinks 200 metres away...

Delicious breakfast and a super cool deluxe room await at this place. 🥐 it's a great spot not too far from southern Italy with easy access to the ferry.

The room was very clean, especially the bathroom, and it had a great location close to the center, the venue for my business conference, and the ferry terminal.

Really good restaurant on site, but remember to make a reservation otherwise you will wait for a table minimum 30'. Clean and nice hotel. We enjoy our stay.

Location at centre of Cernobbio, however, the square that it faces onto is now a parking lot.

This feels like a family run hotel, but a disfunctional family. Some of the staff appear to have no interest in customers or the hotel. We had one of the weirdest room layouts that I have come across with twin beds in oppostite corners. Noise came through from neighbouring rooms as if the walls did not exist. I was refused a beer on the varanda at 6pm as the were setting up for dinner. The choice at breakfast was very limited: watered down orange juice, sugar dusted crossants and one form of roll, one form of meat, one form of cheese on one day - on the other day no cheese at all. However, my least favourite idiosyncray as a television set in the breakfast room, louding showing the shopping channel.

The hotel offers well-appointed and air-conditioned units. the staff is caring and ready to provide food on request. - the building is very pleasant. - Perfect location close to shops and the hotel's cellar restaurant.

Room too small and shabby. Very expensive. Internet charges way out of line in this day and age.

In general the hotel does not live up to its promotion material, nor the way it's presented on its webpage. - The reception area is somewhat shabby, and the corridors certainbly are. - We booked a standard room facing the back. The room was very small, but clean, incl. The bathroom. - The area at the back of the hotel is no pretty sight with a parking place, poorly maintained buildings and a stack of plastic bags presumably containing used linen put on a terrasse just 20 yards away. - The restaurant is depressing. We only had breakfast there which was acceptable. My conclusion: Don't stay at this hotel. Hotel Regina Olga across the street seemed much, much nicer with a location facing the promonade at the lake.

Delicious fruit and cheese were served to us. the location here was awesome; it's super close to an amazing trail called La Via dei Monti Lariani 🏞️.

The staff at the desk and in the bar were charming, friendly and knowledgeable. Although we would have preferred a lake view, the location was very handy for the lake being just a few short minutes walk away
